1. You share your unique referral code/link with a new prospective customer.
2. The referred person creates a PharmDL account and completes a paid subscription using your referral code.
3. Both you (the referrer) and the referred customer must remain subscribed and in good standing for one full paid billing cycle.
4. Once both parties qualify and the 14-day refund window has passed, the referral reward is released as a delivery credit applied to your account.

• The reward is a delivery credit applied toward future PharmDL deliveries. The credit has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash, refund, or transfer.
• The reward amount and any first-referral bonus are shown at the time of referral and may change at PharmDL’s discretion; the amount in effect at the time the referral is made governs.

A referral qualifies only when all of the following are true:

• The referred customer is a new PharmDL customer with no prior paid account.
• The referred customer pays for and remains subscribed for at least one full paid billing cycle.
• The referrer remains an active, paid subscriber in good standing through qualification.
• Neither party cancels, requests a refund, or initiates a chargeback before qualification completes.
• The 14-day refund window for the referred customer’s subscription has expired.

A referral is disqualified (and any withheld credit forfeited) if, before qualification completes:

• The referrer or referred customer cancels their subscription;
• A refund or chargeback is issued for either party;
• A payment fails for either party;
• A duplicate account, self-referral, or fraud is detected;
• The referral violates these terms or our Terms of Service.

Common fraud signals we monitor include duplicate IP address, duplicate phone number, duplicate delivery address, and self-referral. Flagged referrals are held for review and may be blocked.

PharmDL reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back referral credits, and to suspend accounts, where fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, or terms violations are detected. Repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the Referral Program.

Referral credits are promotional in nature, carry no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged, and expire if your account is closed.

PharmDL may modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program, change reward amounts, or update these terms at any time. Referrals already in progress will be governed by the terms in effect when the referral was made.
