Your subscription begins immediately after your payment is successfully processed.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, unless a different billing cycle is selected) through Stripe, our payment processor. The plan name, price, and billing frequency are shown at checkout and confirmed in your order receipt.

Your plan includes a set number of deliveries per billing period, as shown at checkout. Deliveries beyond the included allowance are billed as mileage-based overages or per-delivery fees according to your plan’s published rate card. Unused included deliveries do not roll over to the next billing period unless your plan expressly states otherwise.

Subscription refunds are available only within the first 14 calendar days, and only if no delivery service or subscription benefit has been used. Once any included delivery, complimentary credit, premium feature, or subscription benefit has been used, the subscription becomes non-refundable — even if cancellation is requested within the 14-day period. You may cancel at any time. If you cancel after using any benefit, your subscription remains active through the end of your current paid billing period. Any remaining included delivery credits may be used until your subscription expires. No prorated or partial refund will be issued. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Referral rewards are issued only after all referral qualification requirements are satisfied and the refund window has passed. Referral rewards may be withheld or canceled if fraud, refunds, chargebacks, duplicate accounts, or policy violations are detected. See Referral Program Terms.

You agree to maintain the security of your account and to use the subscription only for legitimate, authorized deliveries. Account sharing, fraudulent activity, or attempts to abuse included deliveries or referral credits may result in immediate suspension without refund.

PharmDL handles protected health information in accordance with HIPAA. See our HIPAA Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy.

This Agreement is governed by our Terms of Service and the laws of the State of California. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
